THIS IS EMBRACE

This is Embrace are a sector-focused communications agency based in London who have gained expertise in the Financial, Healthcare, Public and Arts sectors. We were asked to print a suite of marketing collateral in both small and large quantities for Hartmann who are a global medical devices company. The formats ranged from 4pp to 16pp and utilised both lithographic and digital applications. After material evaluation the client chose to use FSC Mix Credit Galleria silk with stock weights of 170gsm-275gsm. It was decided that this material further articulated the quality of the healthcare products.

HISCOX

Hiscox is an International Insurer who underwrites specialist personal and business risks that is renowned for its comprehensive cover and quality of service. Woodrow Press provides a print and international logistics service to all branch offices for the company’s marketing collateral. We use both lithographic and digital printing which is dependent on the quantity and service expectation. To further articulate the quality of the products the client has chosen to print on an FSC Mix Credit Satin with a range of 250gsm-400gsm.

LONDON LEGACY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

London Legacy Development Corporation were formed in April 2012 with the purpose of using the once-in-a lifetime opportunity of the London 2012 legacy to develop a dynamic new heart for east London. The printing requirements are fast and varied with requests for exhibition materials that include pull-up and pop-up stands for events in and around the Park. We print leaflets, brochures, presentation documents, park initiatives and newsletters that are distributed into the local community. The choice of printed material is FSC Mix Credit uncoated Vision with a range of 160gsm-400gsm that gives an earthy look to the colourful designs.

STATE STREET GLOBAL ADVISORS

State Street Global Advisors provide investment management services with a network of regional offices worldwide. The printing requirement is varied with the majority of the production involving the printing of marketing collateral for managed funds and reports. They are often printed in different languages in A4 formats ranging from 4pp-44pp at quantities of between 200 and 3,000. Most print production is lithographic and uses FSC Mix Credit Printspeed and Perfect image which is an uncoated material. Also we provide pull-up and pop-up stands for trade events run by SSGA.

PINSENT MASONS

Pinsent Masons is an International law firm that specialises in a number of sectors and provides legal advice to its many clients. We are asked to produce comprehensive reports for the different practices such as Manufacturing Insight and Restructuring Business that are A4 formats. These formats are often 44pp and are printed using the lithographic process for the final print runs of 2,500. They are printed on an FSC Mix Credit Galleria silk with a text weight of 150gsm and cover 250gsm and are perfect bound to finish. From data supplied we mail-merge a letter and fulfil the printed document to send into the postal service.

FRANCIS CRICK INSTITUTE

Francis Crick Institute is a new type of biomedical research institute and is a unique partnership between six of the UK’s largest academic and scientific organisations. The Crick produces a detailed Strategy in A4 format with 44pp content and a 5000 print run. The printing material is FSC Mix Credit Image Impact and is perfect bound with a soft-touch laminate cover. We also print a short-form strategy document that is A2 when flat but requires origami folding to an A5 closed-gatefold. We also print a number of digital short-run exhibition leaflets and pull-up stands for the events at the Crick.

THE GEOLOGICAL SOCIETY

The Geological Society is a professional organisation with a membership of over 12000 which has been in existence since 1807. We were commissioned to print a suite of brochures to inform students, fellowship and the chartership about the benefits of being a member of the society. The print quantities are based on demographics varying from 2000 to 13000. The formats also varied from 4pp-8pp A4. After material evaluation the society chose an FSC Mix Credit Vision uncoated 160gsm to give a natural feel to the brochure design. We also produce a number of pull-up banners and pop-up stands to support the society and its many events.

DTG

The DTG is the centre for collaboration at the heart of the digital TV industry. More than 125 companies are members of the DTG, and collectively they drive innovation and growth in the television and technology sectors. Woodrow were commissioned to produce delegate pack printing for the delegates and display banners for the DTG Kings Place Summit 2016. We produced 10m drop banners that had stitched pole pockets for a stunning stage dressing along with the pull-up banners for an added effect.
